Cafe Die Schranne in Wasserburg am Inn

Super nice people and super delicious cake. Always happy to recommend it in any case!

On our last visit to town during the winter time, we were looking for a nice cafe to warm up to. Here we found what we were looking for and were well looked after, although there were many visitors, we were warmly looked after with cake and coffee.

Wonderful ambience, great vaults in the historic house. Very friendly staff, great and delicious cakes. At Corona times you can take various cakes, pies, drinks and sandwiches with you. Cake is packed in a beautiful paper transport box. Absolutely great!

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. Today we wanted to have a cake with our children at the Inn in wonderful weather. In addition, this café came in well for us. Apparently families don't like being served. At the moment we should rather stay at home “without getting too close” ... thanks for nothing. Everyone wore masks, they kept their distance, and we weren't a huge group either - just a family. With three children ??‍♀️. I would have loved to have left the cake - 25 € completely wrongly invested. I am Speechless. I haven't seen anything so unfriendly for a long time.

Outside good, inside still expandable, the earlier flair does not really want to set in, more market hall than café, as far as the atmosphere is concerned, waiters (inside) run around looking and hectic, i.e. without real reference to the guest. Coffee, pies and cakes are excellent. The 'bread keeper' still has to improve the interior and train the staff in hospitality and service in order to reach or even surpass the level of her predecessors. It is extremely possible, because there is a good basis and certainly also the necessary ambition.

Anyone who is in Wasserburg and does not stop here has not been to Wasserburg. Kitchen staff and prices correspond to the location and are top. A meeting point for bikers in summer.

Great cafe with breakfast until 5:30 p.m., homemade bread and rolls. Cakes also look very good. The Schrannen-Glück breakfast was more than extensive.

Very good for drinking coffee, breakfast, cake eating, lunch, enjoying a snack, drinking beer and chatting with friends. Nice place with a large children's corner, comfortable chairs and good prices.

Celebrated my birthday with 30 people with brunch. Very nice service and service !! Can only recommend it. Food very varied, delicious and extensive!

Old town hall with a new look of a cafe! They have great cakes (freshly made) and great coffee! They also provide breakfast which will satify a big stomach. Recommend to go for a nice morning time and tea-time for cakes and coffee.

Beautiful location, delicious cakes and a good atmosphere. But the best by far is the organic roast pork with bread dumplings and potato salad (!) In the best sauce. Unfortunately, or luckily, only on Sundays ... reservations recommended. It is very good outside, only the caravan is annoying, but unfortunately this applies to all of Wasserburg, whose beautiful old town is incomprehensibly still not car-free.

A good café that bakes its own pastries. The charm of the restaurant is based on the original historical building and the overall tuning of the café. The coffee is excellent and the service nice.
